Anne Curtis-Smith is an Australian-Filipino actress model, television host businesswoman also a record artist.She has been awarded numerous awards in her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. Her nominations included two Gawad Urian Awards. Her father was married to Ojales on the 29th of October, 1982. Jasmine, Jasmine's younger sibling is also an actor. Clare was diagnosed with a heart disease in 2007 when she was only 4 months old.
