Andressa Urach

Andressa Urach was just 15 years old when she started an affair with Tiago Cost. They moved in together after three months. Arthur Urach Costa, born on May 19, 2005 was the only child from this couple. Six years later the couple split due to marital issues. Andressa was at the home of her mother together with her son. After six month separation the mother decided to let go of her son and relocate into Sao Paulo in search of the best life. But, as she is vain and ambitious she set out to become famous and rich. Andressa Urach writes in her memoir Morri Para Viver about the sexual abuse she suffered from her foster father which occurred between the ages of 2 and 8. Andressa only managed to escape any abuse since her foster grandmother noticed her in the act. Andressa went back to stay in her home with her mom, who didn't even know that Andressa experienced any form of sexual abuse until she wrote her book. The famous woman said in interviews that she accomplished what, for her, was unattainable prior to her spiritual transformation: forgiving her victim. One of the most difficult choices I've ever had to make was calling the man who sexually assaulted me. This was no easy feat. After much prayer vows and fasting, I proclaimed on the phone that I forgive him, and even though I was not guiltless, I asked for forgiveness. It was just a simple plea. I did not justify my actions. Mariste Urach describes her reaction in an exclusive interview with Globo when she discovered that harassment was perpetrated against her daughter. Urach went to the city in Rio Grande do Sul where the pedophile lived to exact revenge.
