Leighton Meester is an American model, actor, singer and music producer. Her most well-known role is her role as 'Blair Waldorf as seen in the drama television series 'Gossip Girl.' Leighton Meester began her journey in the business when she was a child. During her childhood she was a part of an local stage production in the 'Wizard Of Oz' and her enthusiasm for acting increased. It was then that she started acting in commercials and modeling. For modeling assignments, she has worked for major companies like Herbal Essences, Vera Wang and 'Jimmy Choo and Ralph Lauren. While she began her modeling career as model, she soon started acting. Her acting career began with a cameo role in the TV show 'Law and Order'. She has since played in numerous television and feature films that include 'Country Strength', 'Monte Carlo', and Killer Movie. In addition to her role as an actor, Meester performed with some of the most famous musicians like 'Cobra' Starship and musician Robin Thicke, and recorded songs. The songs of Leighton Meester were featured on her list of Billboard Top Hits. She was also a part of the Broadway production called "Of Mice and Men."
